I would love for 2023 to be the year of the celebrant-led wedding. The more I see and hear about wedding celebrants, the more I think they’re perfect for so many couples. Today’s gorgeous wedding of Kieron and Rachel is a wonderful example. With images by lovely Tori Deslauriers and some fabulous Essex and Hertfordshire wedding suppliers, this is a truly lovely wedding we’ve been looking forward to sharing with you!

Absolutely amazing, made our day perfect and the pictures are perfect
Here’s a little something magical to take you through the weekend! Gorgeous couple Kate and James were wed at Baddow Park House – a wonderful place we’ve never featured before – and chose super talented Damien Vickers Photography to capture their day. The couple contrasted timelessly elegant styling with a relaxed, natural photography style – and everything looks just perfect! The details are stunning and the atmosphere sparkles… we’re in LOVE! Keep reading for some knock-your-socks-off wedding supplier reviews and scroll for ALL our fave images from their day.

A joyful and romantic celebration for gorgeous couple Neil and Paul and their amazing family and friends. This is a wonderful English wedding with vibrant autumnal florals and stylish decor, all beautifully done by a lovely group of talented Essex wedding suppliers.

How did you choose your photographer?
We met Emma at an open evening being held by our venue. We found her to be friendly and approachable, which was unrivalled when we met with other photographers at wedding fairs.
I know you’re going to love a wedding if I find myself beaming at my screen as I write it all up. And today I did just that, SO many times! It’s not just the beautiful bride and gorgeous groom, and it’s not just Sally Rawlins’ amazing images which are making all my wedding bloggy senses tingle… it’s the words. It’s the heartfelt story of a wedding, the focus on connection and family, and the generous and glowing reviews for some fabulous suppliers, which are wonderful to hear. Gemma & Sam’s day is going into my secret little ‘favourite weddings‘ folder and will most certainly be making a reappearance on the blog one day in the future, for sure!
After the year we’ve all had, it makes me so, so happy to be able to share real weddings. 2020 weddings were few and far between, but oh, the days which were able to go ahead as micro weddings have been SO special! Today we’re celebrating with beautiful Danielle and handsome husband Lewis, who were married in 2020. Their story is told in the loveliest photographs by English Wedding member Grace Elizabeth, a Devon wedding photographer. My heart goes out to Danielle and Lewis – having to postpone their wedding because of covid, and then changing dates so their micro wedding could go ahead, must have been so hard. It’s really heartwarming to hear how their suppliers pulled out all the stops to make this day happen. Please do scroll all the way through for Grace Elizabeth’s fabulous golden hour portraits which capture the love of these two so perfectly!
